This valve enables the model to be refuelled quickly and cleanly. Similar to in Formula 1, the refuelling nipple just needs to be inserted and the fuel can begin to flow immediately. When the tank is full, simply disconnect the nipple; there is no need to close off the line with a self-sealing nipple. This is possible because the valve is a shut-off valve in both directions.
